• Ban from future service

We process legitimate refunds quickly and fairly. A chargeback should be your last resort.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Timeline
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
• Funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
• Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the current exchange rate at the time of processing
6.2 Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase:
• Credit/Debit Card → Refunded to same card via Stripe
• PayPal → Refunded to your PayPal account
• Cryptocurrency → Refunded to your wallet address
• Apple Pay / Google Pay → Refunded to original device
6.3 Currency
All refunds are issued in GBP (£). If you paid in EUR (€) or cryptocurrency, the refund amount will be converted at the current exchange rate, which may differ from the purchase rate.

7.2 Accidental Purchases

7.3 Promotional & Discounted Plans
Refunds for promotional or discounted plans are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the full retail price.
