Why is my IPTV stream buffering or freezing?
Buffering is most commonly caused by an insufficient internet connection speed, WiFi interference, or ISP traffic throttling. To resolve it: test your internet speed (target 25+ Mbps for HD), switch to a wired ethernet connection if possible, clear the cache of your IPTV player app, or try a VPN if your ISP is throttling streaming traffic. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we will investigate from our server side.

How many devices can I use simultaneously?
The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan. The Starter plan supports 1 device, Premium supports 2 devices and the Family plan supports up to 5 devices at the same time. You can also add extra device connections to any plan for a small additional monthly fee — contact our support team to arrange this.

What internet speed do I need for smooth IPTV streaming?
We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for standard definition, 25 Mbps for reliable HD streaming and 50 Mbps or above for 4K Ultra HD content. Are Arabic channels included in my subscription?
Yes. Arabic channels are included in all TvFlexLine plans at no extra cost. Our Arabic package covers 300+ channels including beIN Sports (all regions), MBC 1, MBC 2, MBC Drama, MBC Action, Al Jazeera Arabic, OSN, Rotana Cinema, Rotana Khalijiya, LBC and many more — all streaming in HD.

Does TvFlexLine include French channels?
Yes. French channels are fully included across all plans. You get TF1, M6, France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5, Arte, Canal+, BFM TV, CNews, TMC, W9, Gulli, TV5 Monde and more. Ligue 1 and other French football competitions are also covered through the sports channels included in every plan.
