TvFlexLine will not request your password via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
2. Subscription Plans & Payments

- 3-Month Plan: £29.00 (2 connections)
- 6-Month Plan: £49.00 (3 connections)
- 12-Month Plan: £69.00 (5 connections)
- Add-ons: Extra device (+£3.99/month), PPV Pass (+£3.99/month)
2.2 Billing
- Prices in GBP (£)
- Payments via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or crypto
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Notification sent 3 days before renewal
2.3 Price Changes
Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation allowed if not accepted.

- Illegal use or rights infringement
3.3 Connection Limits
Exceeding limits may result in interruption, review, suspension, or upgrade requirement.
4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content is legally licensed in compliance with UK and EU law.
4.2 Intellectual Property Rights
- No copying or distribution of branding/software
- No trademark use without permission
- No reverse engineering
4.3 Third-Party Content
No responsibility for third-party content accuracy or quality.
5. Service Availability & Quality

99.9% uptime target. Downtime may be compensated.
5.2 Streaming Quality
- Minimum 10 Mbps (HD), 25 Mbps (4K)
- Depends on device, network, location
5.3 Maintenance
Planned interruptions notified 24 hours in advance.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
6.1 Suspension Grounds
- Violation of Terms
- Repeated connection limit abuse
- Fraudulent payments
- System interference attempts
- Account sharing outside household
6.2 Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access
- No refunds
- Outstanding charges remain due
- Data retained as required by law
6.3 Cancellation
Subscription can be cancelled anytime via dashboard or support.
7. VPN & Proxy Usage
7.1 Permitted Use
- Allowed for privacy/security
- Must not violate terms or licensing
7.2 Restricted Use
- Fraud masking
- Bypassing limits or suspension
- Violating licensing terms
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranty
Service provided “as is” except where required by law.
8.2 Liability Cap
Liability limited to total paid in previous 12 months.
8.3 Excluded Damages
